摘要

The fault tree for the overload protection system of a nuclear reactor is described. The primary events, which have continuous distribution functions, and k-out-of-n models are established. Based on reliability simulation theory, the simulation calculation of the system is proceeded. The reliability of the system, the importance of components and pattern importance of components are obtained also. Consequently, the order of contribution of all primary events to the safety of the system can be educed. Form the simulation results, more reliability information can be obtained, which is helpful for improving the reliability and safety of the system.
