On the Cause of the Planar Supplying of Confined Water Infloor to the Coal Measures in Western Shandong Coal Fields

There develops the gravitational gliding tectonics on the disconformity plane between the permo carboniferous coal measures and Ordovician limestone in western Shan Dong coal fields and then main gliding plane exists near the plane of the disconformity between the middle Ordovician and middle carboniferous and because of shear during gliding, many large of small, subsiding faults are induced. These made the strata of Benxi group seriously broken or thinning or even lose, that is to say, these lead to the reduction of watertight capacity in the lower of coal measures, so happens "tectonic diversion window" which can be diversion pathway to the planar supply of confined water in floor, the confined water of the floor threatens the safety production of the coal mine directly.
