The Procedure and Method of AS-Interface Product's Certification

The Actuator-Sensor-Interface, abbreviated AS-Interface, is a bus system used to Exchange information between controllers (masters) and sensors/actuators (slave). It has been accepted as one of international standards for fieldbus by IEC TC17B In June 2000.And, late in 2001, some domestic units prepare to release AS-Interface as the national standard. So, it is a matter of great urgency to promulgate the procedure of AS-Interface product's test and certification as the whole set of standard. According to European Standard EN 50295, some concept such as AS-i complete specification, profiles are defined in this paper. In addition, test requirements and test contents are described. The procedure and method of AS-Interface product's certification are explained too.
