Aimed at problem of great energy consumption, excessive drug demand, unqualified water supply, frequent accidents and disordered management etc., authors present to apply intelligent control approach to resolve optimal control problem, apply fieldbus control system to improve original electric instruments control system, and resolve communication among multi-stations and planning of platform management problem for Control and Management Integration. By means of advanced control strategy, algorithm and its application, the optimal process control is implemented, so energy and drug saving is obvious, and water quality is better. Powerful application software makes management function meet user's demand completely. For improved water station, after running of long time, its control and management effects are satisfactory, benefits is also obvious.
