PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control the transmission of a supervision control message according to a radio base station state and a user work using a client, in a supervision control system of a radio base station.;SOLUTION: The supervision control system of the radio base station, for supervising and controlling a plurality of radio base stations 81 to 83, includes a plurality of supervision control clients 33 to 37 and a supervision control server system 13. The supervision control server system includes radio base station information 51, which includes information representing each state type of the radio base stations, and client information 51 which includes each operator type of the supervision control clients.
