摘要

In this paper. a novel scheme for pencil beam forming is proposed in which sub-arrays share one transmit/receive channel in different time slots appointed. Compared with traditional multi-channel antenna, this scheme only requires one set of T/R device, and the array size is reduced by half while achieving the same beamwidth. By using interpolation technique of non-uniformity space sample, we design the fed coefficient of every elment of sub-arrays, which efficiently suppresses grating-lobe of this group-by-group switch antenna array. Simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of this scheme and the design method on sub-array pattern.
