摘要

The classical technology of processing neon and helium concentrate is considered. The necessity of reducingrnthe specific energy consumption for the production of light inert gases is justified. One of the reserves forrnreducing operating costs is to reduce the number of cycles of periodically working cryogenic adsorbers. Inrnthe process of purification of Ne-He-mixture from nitrogen, it is achieved through the process ofrncondensation of N_2 in the reflux condenser. During the separation of the waste flow stream enriched withrnneon, reduction of the load on the absorbers occurs due to the inclusion of a membrane module in thernscheme, in which the separation of neon stream and simultaneous enrichment of the mixture with heliumrntake place. Reduction of the cost of neon and helium will expand the scope of their use in modernrntechnologies.
