摘要

Most adaptive systems are based on a quadratic cost minimization. It is well known that such adaptive controllers exhibit poor transient performance, which significantly limits their practical applicability. Adaptive algorithms proposed in this paper reduce the duration of a transient period. The algorithm minimizes higher order cost functions. We present the global stability and simulation experiment verifying our conclusions.
