Transformation to total quality excellence in a small manufacturing company

摘要

The aim of this paper is to develop a managerial model by which a small manufacturing company can be transformed from an underdevelopment state to the state of Total Quality Excellence. It discusses a general managerial model as a road map for small manufacturing companies to implement changes necessary to meet today's competitive marketplace demands. It describes a step-by-step procedure of how to plan and implement a Total Quality System in a small manufacturing company. It is a guide to achieve an environment conducive to high quality throughout the organization.
