This paper describes an implementation methodology that uses seven basic elements to devlop a business solution for organizations. Today, some organizations believe project management software is the key to project management. Many organizations purchase packages that promise to deliver better control over their Project Management Process. There is no doubt that project management software is a nice tool to facilitate the layout of a project, however, with it there has to be a standardized project management process and implementation strategy. Without the development of each one of these elements, projects continue to follow the methods and personalities of those leading them. This paper speaks to the development of a standardized methodology to Project Management for all levels of an organization. Utilizing the talents of those doing the work, managing the work, and leading the organization to design and develop the business solution required to be in control of Project Management. The people are the most essential element to organizational success.
