Abstract: Two optical sectioning imaging technologies withvisible laser and near infrared laser illumination toapply industrial and biologic detection are presentedrespectively in this paper. One of them is based onfiber optical confocal scanning microscopy, the otheris imaging-relay arrangement with small visible field.The systems have resolution of submicron at lateraldirection and nanometer resolution in axial directionand wider work range about submillimeter magnitude.!6
