摘要

The building simulation program DOE-2.1E,can be used to quantitatively evaluate possible energy conservation measures for existing buildings.This paper presents an energy-use analysis for an office building in Seoul,Korea,and evaluates the energy and cost savings of several energy conservation measures.In order to develop a DOE-2 model for the building,all available dat arelated to building and its energy systems systems were collected.the analysis of energy use patterns from the collected information on energy end- use in the building was used to calibrate the base case simulation six selected energy conservation opportunity (ECO) options for the building.Those options considered in this study included 1) the conversion of CAV to VAV, 2) optimal ice storage control, 3) glazing retrofit, 4) indoor temperature reset, 5) fan and pump motor replacement,and 6) daylighting contorl.Based on both energy and cost savings,some recommendations on reducing the operating cost of the building were provided.
