The lighting interference is a string of strong pulses, and it makes communication very difficult. In this paper, we analyze the statistical characteristics of the lighting at first. According to the difference between lighting interference and useful signals, we adopt the Triple Time Diversity Optimum Judgment technique to solve th epoblem in Multi-Frequency Shift Keying(MFSK) system. Then we discuss the realization of the Optimum Judgment technique in the Time Diversity. Finally, we give the test results of the device developed upon this technique.
