Experimental Investigation of the Attenuation Functions of 10-CM Band Signals Beyond-The-Horizon in Tropic and Subtropical Areas of the Ppacific Ocean

For the first time the results of prolonged (since May 1978 till December 1987) experiments on attenuation functions and signal flucturatios in 10-cm band were carried out during voyages of research ships in the Japanses Sea, the Sourth-Chinese Sea and East-Chinese Sea, the Philippines Sea and the adjoining area of the Pacific Ocean. Transmitters of the coast radars were used as sources of signals. receivers were in on the research ships board.
