In this paper we proposed an new approach named as Generalized Capacitance Matrix Method(GCMM) which can solve comb-line or interdigital filters, duplex and multiplex. In classical method, only spatial capacitance between conductors is considered. Now we extend it to generalized capacitance matrix when we introduced an ideal of modal capacitance of TEM transmission line (include fundmental and high order mode)which is defined by the ratio of modal potential and modal charge. Also we introduced muture capacitance, load capacitance, and a complex structure can be solved by cascading of capacitance matrix. The examples show that this method has good accuracy.
