ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF CHINA'S REMOTE AREA ENTERPRISES AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF POOR REGIONS

摘要

This paper thinks Remote Area Enterprises (RAE) is a special industrial structure and distribution of productive forces, a special dualism structure with poor areas lying at the same regions; analyzes the need of transforming China's RAEs,and how it will affect the dualism structure; discusses the advantages and disadvantages of its development; and finally proves from several aspects that fusing into a body with poor region economy is the direction and vitality of RAEs.
