摘要

The paper discusses the several methods of reducing EMI in an electronic system , working in an electronically hostile environment like jute industry. The aspects of EMI reduction are considered from an EMC engineer's point of view and were implemented on an online microprocessor based process controller. Effective EMC design is however a matter of experience and application of basic principles of Electromagnetic theory, which the system engineer should be well aware of.
