Computer aided programming for NC-electrochemical contour evolution machining (NC-ECCEM) of integral impellers

摘要

An algorithm to calculate the evolution movement trace and a method to design a NC-ECCEM program was presented in this paper. The above-mentioned Computer Aided Programming (CAP) for NC-Electrochemical Contour Evolution Machining (NC-ECCEM) of integral impellers was fulfilled by means of C+ + language. The machined samples of integral impellers show us that the CAP for NC-ECCEM of integral impellers is successful and referable.
