Management system of flexible production line based on AGVS for multi-products-oriented production

摘要

The management system of flexible production line based on AGVS (AGV System) for multi-products-oriented production is presented in this paper. This system is composed of two parts: AGVS scheduling management sub-system and production information management sub-system. In the AGVS scheduling management sub-system, the management and simulation of AGVS are achieved with the analysis of the system. The production information management system based on C/S architecture performs the function of gathering the production data, managing product information and analyzing the quality of product. This management system can be easily adjusted to fit the changes of production.
