Testing Vibration Analysis of the Achilles Tendon State

The accurate diagnostics of the Achilles tendon fractures and the permanent controlrnon the rehabilitation process is the actual medical problem. A stand for vibratoryrnexamination of Achilles tendon state is suggested. The equipment records amplitudefrequencyrncharacteristics of the shank tendon-muscular complex that depend onrnphysical and mechanical parameters of the investigated object conditioned by the realrntissue state around the injury. A very detailed system of diagnostical criteria isrndeveloped. The method described is applied for investigating the shanks of thernpatients with acute and ancient Achilles tendon tears in the Ivanovo war veteranrnhospital.
