摘要

Attitude measurement is one of the most important measurements in spacecrafts. The living of a spacecraft and the fulfilment of its mission depend essentially on the attitude information. Connected with attitude measurement are the used coordinate systems, the representation of attitude, the accuracy and reliability of the sensors, the measurement methods, the costs and the different utilisation of the sensor data. The aim of this contribution is to give an overview about attitude sensors, especially about opto-electronic sensors, related questions with their application and some selected aspects demonstrating the complexity and competency in the field of attitude measurement. The contribution especially deals with the characteristics of sun sensors, star sensors and rendezvous and docking sensors.
