An old sentence says:"Everything is food and,bread is our mother".The bread is essential and traditional food in R.of Macedonia and in surroundings,which is situated on the southest part of the Balcan Penincula in Europe.It was known for centuries in these regions that without bread cannot be lived also like without water and air.
