摘要

It is studied that the wiping technology of hot dip galvanizing galfan wire by one step withrncracked liquid ammonia gas, and surface quality get better by adjusting technological parameter currentrndensity, the padding speed, wiping process and so. Experiments show that when the electricity densityrnbeing about 6.5k A/m2, padding velocity being 288 cm· r/min, cracked liquid ammonia gas wipingrnbeing used, the Galfaned steel have perfect surface quality.
