Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) are increasingly susceptible to degradation by molten calciummagnesium- alumina-silicate (CMAS) deposits in advanced engines that operate at higher temperatures. In this paper, the microstructure and thermo-physical and mechanical properties of electronbeam vapor deposition (EB-PVD) YSZ coatings are investigated after isothermal treatments of 1h~48h at 900℃~1400℃.
