摘要

Fetal liver (FL) mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are widely applied in cell therapy. One of possible ways ofrnMSCs effect on a recipient’s immunocompetent area is the synthesis of tryptophan catabolism enzymernindoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO). It is known that cryopreservation enables preserving some properties ofrnbiological material, as well as changing it’s another characteristics. Therefore, the study of changes inrnmolecular and genetic levels in MSCs after their cryopreservation is necessary to improve protocols of theirrntherapeutic application. In this research we demonstrated the dependency of ido gene expression level in FLrncell suspension and isolated CD105+ fraction on FL gestation terms and freezing program that allowedrndeveloping the cryopreservation regimens, which provided augmentation of immune-modulating activity ofrnMSCs and consequently their therapeutic potential.
