Nowadays mesenchymal (MSCs) and hematopoetic (HSCs) stem cells of fetal liver (FL) are used in cell andrntissue therapy. The important part of application of biological objects in clinical practice is cryopreservation.rnStem cells self-renewal and pluripotency are controlled by transcription factors. The most famous are Nanog,rnOct4 and SOX2. The analysis of stemness-genes (nanog, oct4 and sox2) state could give understanding ofrnprinciples of cell genomic apparatus functioning after cryopreservation, and upgrade existingrncryopreservation protocols. It has been demonstrated that our methods of isolation and cryopreservationrnallow saving high percentage of viable cells. The expression level of investigated genes in FL suspension andrnisolated MSCs and HSCs was different before and after cryopreservation. Thus, cryopreservation changesrnpattern of stemness-genes expression in studied fractions, which can affect their features in different ways.
