Biosensors technology is still actually in early stages of development and application. Its potential remains to be developed and exploited by the efforts and competency of interdisciplinary science domains because there are some important economic effects in the production costs. Generally, biosensors can be useful tools for analytical control when am used in the developer's laboratory. But, advantages are lost once the method, technique or device is transferred for an industrial purpose. This is a direction which needs a serious efforts from both parts implicated. Nowadays the industrial companies are more receptive towards new approaches trying to increase their market by optimize the production. Biosensors provide the possibility of measuring on-line, in-line, at-line of compounds and increasing the power of automated bioprocess monitoring and control. A major focus of bioanalysis is in the cultivation medium, for substrates and sequence step control system. Until now, there are mainly the physical parameters (temperature, pressure, pH etc.) and only a few chemical parameters which are measured. The variation in concentration of certain biochemical substances during a natural process could be measured by the feedback signal provided by biosensors.
