Evaluation of Stress-relaxation in Basic Bricks for Rotary Cement kilns

Stress-relaxation is one of the most important properties to be fulfilled in basic bricks for rotary cement kiln. This paper will report the relation between property of bricks and stress-relaxation of basic bricks for rotary cement kilns. In consequence, some bricks which differ in raw materials and particle size composition showed various mechanical behaviors by the iterative torsion test.
