摘要

First, the operation of lean burn NOx adsorber reduction catalyst were elaborated in the paper, and then the chemical reaction during adsorber and reduction process in lean burn NOx adsorber reduction catalyst was analyzed, Finally, based on the experimental results of the typical lean burn operation in the modified Xiali 8A-FE 16 valves EFI lean burn engine, Simulation of the operation process with CHEMKIN was done. The results show that simulation were consistent with that of the experimental on the same condition perfectly. Discharge and temperature of exhaust, the absolute time and ratio value of tl(time of lean burn) and tr(time of rich burn) have significant effect on the NOx emission of lean-burn engine. And the chemical reaction mechanism model can be applied to controlling strategy of the lean burn NOx adsorber reduction catalyst in the lean burn engine reality.
