摘要

Hydromechanical deep drawing process of one irregular box with tapered sidewall and curved flange was investigated by numerical simulation and experiment.Aiming at the failure control,the effect of draw bead and pressure loading path on the forming result was discussed respectively.The key process parameter was optimized.The results have shown that there were two failure types: body wrinkle and fracture on the punch corner.The body wrinkle can be eliminated by appropriate draw bead depth and pressure loading path.The optimal draw bead depth is 3-4 mm.The reasonable pressure loading time is when the punch stroke is 20-30 mm.
