A Collaborative Approach for the Next Generation of 'e-Government' in Japan

The Juki-net is one of the most important systems to realize the effective administrative affairs. However, the stakeholders give different evaluations about the Juki-net. Especially, the inhabitants who should be respected in fact are not satisfied with the services provided by the Juki-net. To put up their satiability, their positive participation is necessary. This paper proposes an approach for it. It is based on the Web2.0 concept.
