In this paper, we present a session key generation technique that does not rely on any long-term shared keys. The generation of each session key is based on randomly chosen preference keys that results in less chance that the system is compromised when higher number of transactions has been performed. Moreover, we demonstrate an extensive use of the proposed technique to wireless micropayment scenario in that our technique not only can enhance the security of micropayment transactions which is sensitive to communications load, but it also does not introduce significant delay that satisfies requirements of micropayment transactions.
