The work safety is a status of working conditions which does not involve any industrial danger. The work safety at the enterprise is determined by set of properties of production. The estimation of safe work conditions is provided in the case if the process is differentiated at all stages and described following the indicators of occurrence of all dangerous and harmful factors of technological process and equipment. The complex estimation of working conditions is conducted using complex parameters, which are a measure of several properties of safety. The selection of a generalization degree of various safety properties, as well as the way of expression of the generalized parameters should be conducted in view of restrictions, imposed by the theory of change. Thus the influence on a degree of generalization in a certain kind of the information and necessary accuracy of this information have to be considered. Practically, the interest is represented by generalized parameters formed in the consideration of a set of properties, which allow characterizing the phenomenon based on quantitative and qualitative parameters. The quantitative estimation of conditions represents a set of operations allowing to express safe properties by number, and can be differential or complex. The differential estimation is conducted using individual parameters, which characterize one of safety properties. In practice the integrated parameters are used, when the specified properties of safety are estimated in view of other parameters (productivity of work etc.)
