摘要

The rate of embeding flavonoid water and methonal extracting in buckwheat plant by β-CD was studied with UV-VIS and L9 (33) orthogonal design. Results showed that the optimum condition of embeding flavonoid water extracting was A1B3C2, namely, the rate of xenial moleculars(P-CD/ flavonoid) 10, 55 ℃, 140 min. The influencing factors were as follows Time>Temperature>Mol rate. The optimum condition of embeding flavonoid methonal extracting was A2B3C3, namely, the rate of xenial moleculars 15, 70℃, 140 min. The influencing factors were as follows Mol rate>Time>Temperature.
