In this paper, we controlled crystal morphology of TIPS pentacene by adjusting the moving velocity of edge contact line of droplet to be matched with the velocity of crystal formation at the edge. The way to control the contact line velocity was to apply heat to substrate during ink jetting TIPS pentacene. At T=60 ℃ the two velocities were matched to each other producing the uniform crystal layer. The performance was improved by exhibiting the mobility with 0.12 cm~2/V·s and Ion/Ioff ratio 1.15 ×l0~6, sub-threshold slope 0.1 V/decade.
