Kernel solution (with force acting at zeros point) of elastic problem in periodic zone is obtained by orthogonal elelnent method, the solution of elastic problem in uther area can be gotten by expanding the atea to periodic zone with acting the forces in the boundary of given st mctures. By using shift operator C(I,j)(n,m) one can get the solution of displacemeut of elastic problem with forces acting at any point in periodic zone. By satisfying the boundary conditions one can get the solution of given problem. A new iterative algorithm to solution recutngular elastic structure problemis proposed by orthogononalizing the boundary conditions. By the proposed lnethod the calculation of inverse of large matrix is transformed to calculate a serial inverses of Matrix of 4×4 for plate system, 6×6 three dimension problem. It is potential to apply proposed method to construct new domain decomposition and iterative algorithms.
