With the rise of network technology, the operational process of traditional Bidding can not meetneeds of the market. Network Bidding came into being, which is more convenient and efficient for informationdissemination . This form allows suppliers to check the latest information directly on the Internet, involved theprocurement process, procurement results, which can avoid the "black box operation ". Through technical andinstitutional improvement, the paper analyzes the network bidding on government procurement to reduce therisk on Government Procurement.
