As a category of organic material which has versatile utilization in aeronautical,automotive,and machinery manufacturing industry,epoxy conductive adhesives exhibit remarkable electrical properties.Nonetheless,commercialconductive adhesive could not serve as structural adhesive and only available in the non-load bearing parts due to their limited strength.In the aeronautical industry,such bonding joint needs to be reinforced by screwing/riveting technique when it is applied to structural parts,hence the aircraft gains unnecessary weight.In someother cases,the designers employ insulated structural adhesive to make a joint and add an extra wire to conduct current and dissipate electrostatic charge.
