Effective strengthening building of team for university students’affairs management has become a vital issue in higher education．Consequently，we must be fully aware of the general demand and main task of it and constantly innovate management methods and management carrier for the work of university students’affairs，trying our efforts to cultivate qualified and reliable successors for the modernization construction course of our country．
