Following the financial crisis in September 2008,global recessed economy had a major impact on the local gaming industry.Casinos might have to postpone or even call off their expansion projects,for the purpose of cost reduction many casinos had to reduce the size of their workforce hence casino employees were laid-off.Based on the studies and observations,it is suggested our training institute should change the course nature from training courses to workshop sessions;trainings need not be expensive or last several days in order to be worthwhile.Workshops can be as invigorating as expensive courses.
