In order to screen and breed the high photosynthetic efficiency parental germplasm and to provide theory basis for pistachio,the photosynthetic characters of pistachio in 20 varieties were studied by using the principal components and cluster analysis method.The results showed that differences of photosynthetic characters among the tested varieties were extreme significant.20 varieties of pistachio were classified into 4 groups according to the net photosynthesis rate (Pn),namely,'B',Avidon,Aegina and Safeed belonged to high photosynthetic efficiency;20 varieties of pistachio were classified into 3 groups according to the water use efficiency (WUE) indexes,Larnaka,Mateur,M-38,Sirora,'B',Jole,Latwhardy 7 varieties,belonged to high water use efficiency.By combining Pn with WUE,20 varieties of pistachio could be divided into five groups with the cluster analysis,namely,'B'belonged to high photosynthetic efficiency and high water utilization efficiency,Avidon,Aegina and Safeed belonged to efficient high photosynthetic efficiency and moderate water use efficiency.The three photosynthetic parameters (Pn,E and WUE) had a significant influence on pistachio photosynthetic traits by using the principal component analysis.20 pistachio variety could be divided into four types,"B",Avidon,Aegina,Safeed,Sirora,M-38 belonged to good varieties with photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency (WUE) combined%本研究以20个阿月浑子品种为材料,对其光合性状参数进行了测定,利用主成分分析和聚类分析方法对其光合性状参数进行了系统分析,以期为高光效种质筛选和培育提供理论依据.结果表明:阿月浑子品种间光合性状参数间均存在着显著差异.依据净光合速率(Pn)可将20个阿月浑子品种分为4类,其中‘B’、Avidon、Aegina、Safeed 4个品种为高光合速率型;依据水分利用率(WUE)可分为3类,其中Larnaka、Mateur、M-38、Sirora、‘B’、Jole、Latwhardy 7个品种为高水分利用效率型;将Pn与WUE相结合进行聚类分析,可分为5个类群,其中‘B’为高光合速率、高水分利用效率型;Avidon、Aegina、Safeed为高光合速率、中等水分利用效率型.利用主成分分析探明了影响光合性状的3个主要参数(Pn、Tr和WUE),并据此进行聚类分析,筛选了‘B’、Avidon、Aegina、Safeed、Peter、Ashoury、Ouleimy、Sfax和Kerman 9个综合光合性能良好的阿月浑子品种.
