And the image of bamboo in Chinese literature was maturely established .

摘要:在社会转型时期,为了适应社会主义市场经济需要,广播电影电视部和后来更名为国家广电总局相继出台了一系列传媒业激励性政策,尤其重点扶持边境广电事业的发展,落实“西新”工程,在评优评先上呈现科学民主与严格规范的态势。在正激励的同时,也推行负激励的惩罚性文件,杜绝十几类违纪违规行为。然而在微观的具体传媒组织单位层面上,却存在长效激励机制的缺失,导致争优创先的企业文化丧失。传媒单位也存在激励与绩效考核脱节的问题,必然出现“干多干少一个样”,而陷入新一轮平均主义的怪圈,激励作用难以发挥其应用的功能,使得优秀的传媒人缺乏内在的动力,看不到前途的光明,或辞职,或跳槽。这种严峻局面足以让传媒业界高度重视而加以挽救。%In the period of social transformation ,to meet the need of socialist marketing econo-my ,both the ministry of radio ,film and television and the State Administration of Radio ,film and television(later renamed) ,have issued series of media incentives policies successively .Those policies , particularly ,attach importance to the development industry of radio and film along border ,implement the Tibet-Xinjiang project ,and stick to the scientific ,democratic ,rigid and normative principles when assessing the most outstanding .During incentive process ,punitive policies of negative incentives are also carried out ,which have prevented more than ten kinds of violation behaviors .However ,there is lack of long-term incentive mechanism in micro media organizations and result in loss of enterprise culture of striving for pioneer .The incentive is out of line with performance assessment ,necessarily leading to new round of egalitarianism and adding difficulties for incentive policies to function normal-ly .At the same time ,excellent media workers who have no inner motivation and confidence in future work ,will resign and change job .This difficult situation should be attached great importance and helped by the media industry .
摘要:阴平古道本自西汉地名,至迟在宋代作为道路名,所涉时限却远及秦代。《三国志》邓艾破蜀的记载使阴平偏道名扬天下,但历史上作为连接南北丝路之一要道者为阴平正道。阴平正道虽路线有异,但走向大体一致,即沿白水江一线自陇达蜀,显示了一定的历史复杂性,因而相对应的文学文献遗存呈多样性特点。从文献文学角度考察河南道,它是连通南北丝路的另一要径,虽在唐以后至明清呈渐衰之势,但仍然发挥了重要的历史作用。%Yinping was a geographical name since Western Han Dynasty but later became a road name in Song Dynasty .In the story of “Deng Ai Defeated Shu Kingdom” of Romance of the Three Kingdoms ,the records of Yinping lane made it famous .But Yinping ancient road is one of the main silk roads connecting the north and the south in history .Although its state routes were different ,the direction was roughly consistent ,namely ,from Long to Shu (along the Baishui River) .Having shown the historical complexity ,the literature thus remains correspondingly a diversity of characteristics . The Henan Road ,from the literature angle ,is another path for the South-North Road .Although gradually declined from the Tang Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties ,it still plays an important role in history .

摘要:Since the industrial civilization of the society ,each country of the world faces the chal‐lenge of achieving prosperity and national security in a hyper‐competitive global economy driven by knowledge and innovation .The education reforms of the western society are also experiencing a path from the government leading to the evolution of “market takeover” .This will lead to “alienation” of the people in education by the spontaneous and self‐interest market behavior .The theory of post‐mod‐ern ecological paradigm proposed to re‐experience from the“disenchantment” to“re‐enchantment” of the nature and reflect it in educational reform .Therefore ,we need to design and form new ecological education pattern on the basis of ecological worldview of organic entirety ,moving us away from the metaphor of the machine towards embracing the metaphor of the whole living organism .%工业文明以来,在由知识和创新驱动的高度竞争的市场经济中,各国都面临着维持经济繁荣和国家安全的全新挑战。西方教育改革经历了从政府主导向“市场接管”的演进路径,市场行为的自发和自利性必将导致教育中人的“异化”。后现代生态理论范式主张人类对自然的认识从“祛魅”到“返魅”的世界观转变,反映在教育改革中,要用有机的整体性的生态世界观,设计和建构新的生态教育模式,把教育从“机器”的隐喻转变到有机的生物体的隐喻中来。
摘要:广西在参与泛珠三角区域合作过程中出台了一系列促进政策并取得显著成效,但也出现了专门促进合作的政策相对较少、针对性不突出、倾斜性不明显、纸上谈兵,落实不力、不能有效促进市场开拓服务体系充分发挥作用等问题。为有效解决上述问题,首先必须明确广西参与泛珠三角区域合作的政策框架和政策目标,其次要加大广西参与泛珠三角区域合作政策对中小企业融资的倾斜,再次要加大广西参与泛珠三角区域合作政策执行力度,最后要为广西参与泛珠三角区域合作政策营造良好环境氛围。%In the process of participating in the PPRD regional cooperation ,Guangxi hasissued a series of policies and achieved remarkable results ,but there are also some problems ,such as relatively less policies special to foster cooperation ,low pertinence ,scarcity of tendentiousness ,poor implemen‐tation ,which can not effectively promote market development services .To solve these problems effec‐tively ,firstly we must clear the policy frameworks and objectives of Guangxi participation in the PPRD regional cooperation .Secondly ,we have to increase the participation in the PPRD Regional Co‐operation of Guangxi policies on SME financing tilt .Thirdly ,we need to strengthen the policy en‐forcement of Guangxi participation in the PPRD regional cooperation .Last but not least ,it is essential to create a good atmosphere for Guangxi’s participating in the PPRD regional Cooperation .
摘要:On the basis of current research on integration and differences in domestic tourist re‐sources of Guangxi ,taking 14 cities as research object ,using qualitative and quantitative method ,this paper ,based on the setup of Guangxi tourist resources evaluation system ,deeply analyzes and objec‐tively evaluates the tourist storage and value of the tourist resources of Guangxi ,systematically com‐pares the differences of the municipal tourist resources in Guangxi ,and finally proposes some relevant measures for integrating the tourist resources for Guangxi .%在对目前国内旅游资源差异与整合研究的基础上,以广西14个地级市为研究对象,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,在建立广西旅游资源评价体系的基础上,对广西地区旅游资源的存量和价值进行了深入分析和客观评价,系统地比较了区内各市旅游资源的差异性,提出广西旅游资源整合的相关策略。
摘要:“幸福感”是指人们根据内化了的社会标准对自己生活质量的整体性、肯定性进行评估,对生活的满意度及其各个方面进行全面评价之后产生的积极性情感占优势的一种心理状态。在本文中幸福感指农民对其生存环境、物质生活、民族文化以及梦想追求的一种主观感受。以《龙脊》《白裤子》《流浪诗人》和《文化守护者》等为例,本论文从影像题材、叙述视角、创作主体、人物形象等方面探讨影像中农民幸福感叙述变迁,认为农民追求幸福的方式由出走向回归转变,反映了基层农民的“中国梦”。%“Sense of happiness” refers to the comprehensive and positive evaluation to their ow n life quality according to the internalized social standards ,which is a psychological state with active e‐motion in priority produced after comprehensively assessing the degree of satisfaction for life and all aspects of people .In this paper ,the sense of happiness refers to subjective feelings to living condition , material life ,national culture and ideal aspiration of the immigrant workers .Taking Long Ji ,W hite Pants ,Wandering Poet and Guardian of Culture as examples ,this paper will discuss the changes of narration in sense of happiness for immigrant workers from the image theme ,narrative perspective , the creation main body ,the characters and so on ,to show that the ways of pursuing happiness by the immigrant workers are changed from leaving home to coming back ,which is a reflection of “China Dream” of the grass‐root class .
摘要:京族于明代由越南迁入并定居我国,与我国汉、壮等民族杂居共存,生产、生活方式及语言等发生了变迁。经过500多年的沉淀与创造,京族在保留原有的海洋性文化特色的同时,积极吸收汉、壮、侗等民族文化为己用,形成了多元性、开放性和兼容性的文化特色。京族民间文艺的兼容性主要体现在民间故事传说、民间音乐、戏剧等方面。%In Ming Dynasty ,the Jing People immigrated to China from Vietnam and lived with Han and Zhuang peoples ;thus ,its production mode and living style have been changed greatly .Be‐cause of 500 years’ precipitation and creation ,Jing People has absorbed the national culture of Han , Zhuang ,Dong etc .but still remained its marine cultural characteristics as w ell .T herefore ,the cultur‐al characteristics of diversity ,openness and compatibility have come into being .The compatibility of Jing People’s compatibility mainly reflects in the aspects of folktale ,legend ,folk music ,drama ,etc .
