Factors affecting anti-CRP scFv production using E.coli by DO-stat fed-batch culture

Previously,we reported that DO-stat strategy waseffective to increase the solubility of anti-CRP scFv production using recombinant Escherichia coli by fed-batch culture(1,2).In this study,the main environmental factors including DO and the composition of feeding medium were investigated to stabilize anti-CRP scFv production.
