PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program for supporting medical chart creation for efficiently and effectively advancing mental counseling or the like performed to a person by a person.;SOLUTION: A Web application supports medical chart creation by inquiring assessment (computational evaluation) executed to create a medical chart in various kinds of counseling from both "tendencies of words and actions in a public place of an individual" and "tendencies of words and actions in a private place" and "the existence/nonexistence and the degree of unpleasantness/discomfort/pain or the like due to respective words and actions", and visualizing their answer results as a graph, a list, or the like for clarifying "differences between official and private words and actions" and "the existence/nonexistence and the degree of unpleasantness/discomfort/pain or the like due to respective words and actions" at a glance.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
