The present invention relates to a heating control system through smart phone big data analysis-based user sleep time prediction, and the present invention includes: a user terminal having a plurality of sensors for generating various sensor data; a big data server for storing the various sensor data; a sleep prediction unit for calculating a user's sleep prediction time based on the various sensor data; and a heating device that determines whether the current user is sleeping on the basis of the calculated sleep prediction time and changes the indoor heating control method according to whether the user sleeps.
