The present inventors have discovered that the above problem can be solved by creating an antigen-binding molecule comprising an antigen-binding domain whose antigen-binding activity changes depending on the concentration of a target tissue-specific compound. By using the antigen-binding molecule of the present invention, it becomes possible to specifically treat various diseases caused by a target tissue in a target tissue.
