A method for measuring the contents of trivalent stibium and pentavalent stibium by means of liquid chromatography combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The method comprises the following steps: introducing a sample into a liquid chromatograph for separation; measuring the peak areas of Sb(V) and Sb(III) by means of an atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer after separation, and calculating response values; and calculating the concentrations of Sb(V) and Sb(III) in the sample according to the response values of the peak areas of the sample and a standard curve. In the method, a mobile phase for liquid chromatography contains 3.5-4.0 g/L of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid disodium, and 0.15-0.25 g/L of potassium hydrogen phthalate; and a carrier liquid for the atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer is hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of 5-7%. By adjusting the concentration of the mobile phase and the concentration of the carrier liquid for atomic fluorescence, peak separation of Sb(V) and Sb(III) can be completed within 5 minutes, the detection time is shortened, the detection effect is stable, and the recovery rate is high; and the method has positive progress significance in the field of water environment detection.
