A medical-image-based lesion analysis method performed by a computing device, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, is disclosed. The method may comprise the steps of: acquiring location information about a suspicious nodule present in a medical image; generating a mask for the suspicious nodule on the basis of a patch of the medical image corresponding to the location information; and classifying a class related to the state of the suspicious nodule on the basis of the patch of the medical image and the mask for the suspicious nodule.
