To provide an intervention system that can be utilized more widely, and a computer program.SOLUTION: An intervention system for improving lifestyle 1 has a medical information storage unit 10 that stores medical information on a user, an acquisition unit 20 that acquires information on the user's independent participation in treatment, and an intervention control unit 30 that provides the user with information for improving lifestyle. The acquisition unit 20 has a first data acquisition unit 21 that acquires information for joint decision making regarding the user's participation in a health instruction program for improved lifestyle. The intervention control unit 30 has a material provision part 31 that provides educational material to increase a willingness to participate in a health instruction program corresponding to the user, on the basis of the medical information stored in the medical information storage unit 10 and the information for joint decision making acquired by the first data acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
