To provide an improved soil blending test method and a soil discharging deep layer mixing method that enable improved soil mixing while precisely managing a discharged auxiliary water amount, and strength of an improved ground to be clarified accurately.SOLUTION: A soil discharging deep layer mixing method uses an improved soil blending test method that includes the steps of: preparing a prescribed amount of water content ratio test soil in which primary agitation is performed for mixing a prescribed amount of test specimen soil with an auxiliary water amount discharged toward a ground when a rotary rod having an agitation blade is penetrated by a soil discharging deep layer mixing machine in steps S1, S2, S3; and preparing an improved soil test specimen by performing secondary agitation for mixing a curing material into the prescribed amount of water content ratio test soil in steps S4, S5, S6, the soil discharging deep layer mixing method further including the steps of: setting the auxiliary water amount at a time of penetration of the rotary rod in accordance with the analysis results of the improved soil test specimen; and discharging the prescribed auxiliary water amount from a discharge port provided on the agitation blade toward the ground and penetrating the rotary rod while controlling the auxiliary water amount to suit each of the excavation depths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
